  • First-time visitors, families, culturally curious travelers, and anyone who wants a softer, more atmospheric introduction to Seoul’s art scene.

Gangnam

  • Commercial galleries, auction houses, design-forward spaces, luxury architecture, and the sharper edge of Seoul’s contemporary art market. This route reveals the city’s polished, market-facing side.

Tour FAQs

  • TMA currently offers two private tour formats: a Half-Day Experience and a Full-Day Experience.

The Half-Day Experience is best if you have limited time, want a focused introduction to one art neighborhood, or already have a specific area in mind.

The Full-Day Experience is best if you want a slower, more layered day with time for multiple stops, deeper conversations, and a more complete view of Seoul’s art scene.

If you are not sure which format fits you best, send us your dates, interests, and group size — we’ll recommend the best option.

  • Each private tour is shaped around current exhibitions, your interests, and the pace of your group.

    Half-Day Experience, 3 hours:

A focused curator-led route in one main art district, usually including 2–3 museums, galleries, or cultural stops.

    Full-Day Experience, 6 hours:

A fuller Seoul art day, usually including 3–4 museums, galleries, or cultural stops, with time for a tea house, café, art bookstore, design shop, or neighborhood pause depending on the route.

Both formats include route planning, curator-led guidance, exhibition context, and personalized recommendations before or during your visit.

    Full-Day Experience, 6 hours

For Full-Day Experiences, one standard tea or coffee pause is included for each guest. This is designed as a quiet moment to rest, reflect, and continue the conversation around the day’s route.

Lunch can be included in the schedule upon request, but meal costs are paid separately by guests. If you would like lunch reservations, a specific restaurant, a private room, or a more hosted dining experience, please let us know in advance. Additional planning or reservation support may affect the final fee.

  • Every private tour begins with an inquiry.

Tell us your preferred date, group size, interests, and any museums, galleries, artists, or neighborhoods already on your mind. Based on your note, TMA will suggest the most suitable format, route, and next steps.

Final routes are confirmed closer to the tour date, as exhibitions, gallery schedules, museum hours, and seasonal programs may change.

Once the date, route direction, and fee are confirmed, your private tour will be reserved.
